Welcome to Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council

Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council has entered into an agreement with One Call Concepts, Inc. (OCC), under which OCC provides all one call services for Bonner and Boundary counties in Idaho, effective January 1, 2026.

As part of this transition, starting January 1, 2026, locate requests for Idaho’s Bonner or Boundary counties will be processed through Dig Safe North Idaho 811, operated by OCC. Click here to access the Dig Safe North Idaho 811 website.
