The Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council is a non-profit organization representing Bonner and Boundary Counties within Idaho focused on educating the public on safe digging practices, encouraging communication and cooperation between underground facility owners, and disseminating information on the upcoming changes to laws governing locating and excavation in Idaho. We invite all local public utilities as well area contractors to become active members of the Utility Council.
