The new partnership between Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council (BBUCC) and One Call Concepts (OCC) started January 1, 2026. BBUCC has officially joined Kootenai County Coordinating Council (KCUC) under the call center name of Dig Safe North Idaho 811.
